From January 12, 2026 until mid-March, WSPC presents a comprehensive range of educational options in wine, spirits, sommelier studies, coffee, as well as specialized subjects such as Sake, offering access to both professionals and wine enthusiasts across Greece.

Courses will take place in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete, Rhodes, as well as online, for those residing in remote areas or who prefer the flexibility of digital learning.

Standouts of the program include WSET Wine courses from Level 1 to Level 3, starting on 12/01/2026. Participants may choose between standard or intensive formats, consecutive weekend classes, or fully online wine courses, depending on availability and personal learning preferences. Additionally, Level 2 graduates may enroll in HESTIA Level 3 PLUS, a course dedicated to the Greek vineyards and indigenous grape varieties, ideal for those seeking in-depth knowledge of Greek terroirs.

Spirits, Sommelier Studies, Coffee, Gastro Premium & Sake

Regarding the other educational programs, participants can choose among WSET Spirits courses and Sommelier studies through the WSPC Sommelier Academy, a job-specific professional pathway designed for those working in hospitality, F&B, and wine education.

For coffee lovers, the BSA Foundation Course provides structured training in one of the world’s most popular beverages and is an ideal choice for new baristas and hospitality professionals.

For those who have completed Wine Level 1 and are passionate about food and wine pairing, the program also includes Level 2 Gastro Premium, focusing on the theoretical pairing of wine varieties with global cuisines.

In addition, WSPC is announcing an online WSET Sake course, offering access to the knowledge of a rapidly growing alcoholic beverage, both professionally and on a personal level of interest.
